Step 1: Create Systeme.io account for free

To begin, Click the link below to  create your free Systeme.io account using your email address.

Once you create your account using your email address and creating password, click sign in by entering your email and password

you’ll be taken to your dashboard.

Step 2: Set Up Your Email Domain (Optional but Recommended)

For better deliverability, it’s best to use a custom domain for sending emails. Systeme.io allows you to send emails without a custom domain, but for branding and trust, setting one up is useful.

Click on profile > to Settings > Email Settings, and you’ll find the area where you can connect your domain and verify it using DNS settings from your domain provider.

Tip: If you don’t have a domain yet, you can still send emails, but they may land in the Promotions or Spam tab.

Step 3: Create a Campaign

In the main dashboard, click on Emails > Campaigns. 

Then click on Create and give your campaign a name — for example, "Welcome Series".

This is where you’ll create a series of emails that will go out to your subscribers.

Step 4: Write Your Emails

Once your campaign is created, you can start adding emails.

• Click on your campaign name that you just created
• Click Add an Email

• Give it a subject line

• Choose the email editor (Classic or New)

• Write your email content

Keep your message simple, friendly, and valuable. Add your name at the end to make it personal.

Step 5: Set Up Automation Rules

After your campaign and emails are ready, you need to connect them to your funnel.

Go to Funnels, choose the funnel you’re working on, and select the step where you collect emails (like an opt-in page).

Click on Automation Rules > Add Rule and set the trigger as "Funnel Step Form Subscribed". 

Then choose an action like Subscribe to Campaign and select the campaign you created.

Step 6: Test Everything

Before going live, always test your funnel:

• Enter your email address in your own form

• Check if the email is delivered

• Look out for delays or errors

This will help you ensure your setup works properly.

   • Share a bite-sized tip or insight that’s actionable — even something small that helps.

5. Introduce Your Solution (Soft Pitch)
